Orion Theater 2013
On the banks of the Tiber Island, the Tiber God, ousted now as a deity, has been running the Tavern of Lost Time for several centuries and still does, in order to get by.
It is a place that is and is not, that can be seen and frequented, only those, who truly love Rome.
This is where men and women, anonymous or famous, who have lived and shared, in different eras and with different roles, the millennial history of the Tiber meet. Around a table, among bottles of Frascati wine and some typical Roman dishes, the story of the river and its relationship with Rome unfolds, among nostalgia, memories, anecdotes and hopes for the future.
A great mosaic of a Rome that has disappeared and is often unknown or forgotten by today's Romans themselves.
It is a play in Romanesco, with a joyful and deeply Roman character.
